Marie has learned to turn on and off the TV. She loves this new trick of hers. It doesn't really bother me because we normally are watching PBS kids, however, it annoys Peter.
Marie is also obsessed with books. She has begun to bring them to me to read to her. She always hands me the book first and then backs up into my lap. Her favorite book is "I see a Monster," which was also Peter's favorite book at this age. There is a mirror on the last page. Here you can see her looking at herself, which is another one of her obsessions.
Peter is on and off with pooping in the potty. So, I have made a potty chart and prize box for him. Truthfully, I made them to keep myself consistent with positive reinforcement. The first prize he picked out after going ten times was a pair of binoculars. "Just like Grandpa's!" he said. Peter helped me choose the items we put in the prize box. It took two hours! He had hard time finding things he liked in our low price range. Poor thing.
