My friend Jessica posted this recipe on her blog from joythebaker.com. I love quick bread recipes so I had to try it. Steve and I almost ate the whole loaf in a day. I made it the next day too so we could have some more. :) Plus, it is a great way to use my frozen zucchini I have left from my garden.
