Today for "school time" we did The Tortoise and the Hare story. I read the story and we did the felt set we have. Then we did hare/rabbit tangrams. Peter loved the little puzzles; Marie not so much, even though I made her set as simple as I could. Then I had them make these cute tortoises from paper bowls. They loved racing around the house with them, reenacting the story. I loved being the hare because I got to lie down for a second or two. :)
I also sewed another cute bag this past weekend for my sister-in-law's birthday.I really like these bags if you couldn't tell.
