Thomas has been crawling since the late October. During November he perfected his crawling. So on December 1st he tried pulling up. All last week he got such a kick out of pulling up to a kneeling position.
Keep in mind the boy can not sit-up on his own yet. He always needs to support himself with his hands. This annoyed Steve one day (Thomas kept falling over), but then Steve realized that he too can not sit-up very long without support. Peter also had this issue until he learned to crawl. Marie sat wonderfully, but refused to crawl.
It's cute to see him size up an object to pull-up on. One can just see his little wheels a turnin'. When he decides it's a good size to pull-up on he makes a bee-line for the thing. While we were decorating the christmas tree he found the storage bins to be of good size.
This week Thomas made it to standing. The train table is his favorite thing to pull-up on. Peter is sharing his love for trains with Thomas. It so cute, except for when Thomas gets ahold of a toy and lets go of the table. He has fallen so much this week. But he just gets back up again after some lovin' from Mama.
