Peter's Preschool

Peter started going to preschool once a week this month. He really likes it. Three other mothers of three years olds and I rotate teaching. We call it "Joy School" for lack of a better name. We are not following the "Joy School" curriculum, but are doing something similar. We are teaching two letters and a number each week along with a theme (i.e. the body, the earth, sharing/serving) the theme changes every two weeks or month depending on how many subtopics we can think of. Our first day I taught about A, B, 1, and the rules of "Joy School." The rest of the month will be about the body. Our subtopics are the whole body, the 5 senses, and personal hygiene.
