We began the day by making Peter a super Hero. He likes Spiderman because his name is also Peter.
We did our normal day after that, lunch, nap, playing toys, and swimming lessons. Steve wasn't home so Marie got to spend time over at the Allison's. She loves all their girly toys especially their play kitchen. When we drove home we saw a package on our porch. It was our Christmas gifts from Aunty Terri, which is always a very exciting package to open. It was nice to get it a month late because it spreads out the joy. Marie really likes her mini van that came with a mommy and baby.
Peter's favorite toys were his "crashing cars." They open and pieces fall off of them when they crash into something. Very cool!
Marie also likes her Dora back pack.Thanks Terri for everything. You're the best!
To end the day Steve came home with these. What a great day!

It sounds like a wonderful day--Christmas presents and flowers! I always like getting late presents too. The flowers look beautiful; Steve picks out very nice flowers!
Oh, and these flowers lasted for two weeks, which was the best part of all.
