I had an ultra-sound today. Baby is health and growing just as he or she should. I was good and resisted my urge to know the sex. I cannot wait to meet him or her. Marie last week drew a picture of the baby inside of me complete with umbilical cord and placenta. The dark area is the placenta. Marie has been very inquisitive so I have told her a lot about how babies grow and develop. We look at my pregnancy books together. I think it's good that she learns this information from me first. Peter is like Steve and cannot stomach too much medical information.
